So What are your New Year's resultions?

I've decided that I will no longer do resoulutions. I never keep them. I now call them life changing goals. A few of them are to be healthier this year and lose some weight, finish the five literary projects that I am working on. Tour more this year and buy another house. What are some of your goals?

Yolanda's LairMiners 'waited to be rescued' - I'm sure you've all read the headlines by now. I ask you, what do you think should be done regarding this. A lot of the families are saying they are going to sue. Do you really think suing the rescuers is fair? My 2 cents is that I don't think it's fair. I don't beleive the rescuers told these families on purpose that their loved ones were alive. Perhaps they thought they were. I've been sitting here watching the news breaks pretty much all day and they say that the rescuers were going off vital signs. What say you?
