Mark Cuban Fined For Utilizing His Rights To Freedom Of Speech

Today along with Mr. Cuban, we found out that he was fined $200,000 for entering the floor during Game 1 of the Maverick Spurs NBA Playoffs and for a blog entry that expresses his opinion that the league should just pick the twelve most experienced refs in the league instead of the "many" they utilize now. As we all know, it's not the first time Mark's gotten fined for speaking his mind; in his blog. Well, umm errr. what part of what he said WASN'T true? What say you? I mean, it's not like the $200,000 hurt Mark in the wallet in the least bit, but do you think that he should have been fined at all for his opinion? Let's hear from you.
